          "text": "Wash your hands in the following manner: Lift a cup of water in your right hand, pass it to your left hand, pour it over your right hand, then pour it over your left hand; repeat until each hand has been washed three times. Then dry your hands. We wash our hands in this manner to remove the impure spirits that have attached themselves to us during our sleep."
