If there will be any blemish on the firstborn animal, whether it be lame, blind, or any other serious blemish that is visible on the outside and permanent, you shall not slaughter it in order to bring it as an offering to the Lord, your God. Rather, you may eat it within any of your cities—not only in Jerusalem. The pure person and the impure person may eat it together, just as you may eat the deer and the gazelle or any other animals that are kosher but not offered as a sacrifice.
