The person who says this Kaddish bows his head as follows: at שְׁמֵהּ רַבָּא; at וִיקָרֵב מְשִׁיחֵהּ; at וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן, after which he raises his head for a moment; at יְהֵא שְׁמֵהּ רַבָּא...יִתְבָּרַךְ, after which he raises his head for a moment; at וְיִשְׁתַּבַּח...וְיִתְהַלָּל, after which he raises his head for a moment; at שְׁמֵהּ דְקֻדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא; and at each time וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן is said."
