How to read the transliterations

On those Mondays and Thursdays when Tahanun is said, the Leader says the following while the Torah scroll is being bound:

יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֵי אָבִינוּ שֶׁבַּשָּׁמַיִם
לְכוֹנֵן אֶת בֵּית חַיֵּינוּ
וּלְהָשִׁיב אֶת שְׁכִינָתוֹ בְּתוֹכֵנוּ
בִּמְהֵרָה בְיָמֵינוּ, וְנֹאמַר אָמֵן.

Israeli

yehi ratzon milefanei avinu shebashamayim
lechonen et beit chayeinu
ulehashiv et sh'chinato b'tochenu
bimherah v'yameinu, venomar Amen.
