p'sukei d'zimra
פְּסוּקֵי דְזִמְרָא

Israeli: ' marks a reduced vowel that Israeli speech drops (b'rachah); when the vowel is pronounced it is written e (lefanecha). - separates syllables that would otherwise run together.
