בִּעוּר חָמֵץ
BURNING THE CHAMETZ
On the fourteenth of Nissan, chametz may be eaten only until the end of the fourth "hour" (check your local Jewish calendar for exact times). In the fifth "hour," burn any remaining chametz, including the ten pieces.
Before the end of the fifth hour, say the following (in a language that you understand) to nullify any remaining chametz:

THE ORDER OF THE KORBAN PESACH
The following description of the order of the Pesach-offering is recited after the Minchah prayer on the day before Pesach. This reflects the order of service during Temple times on the day before Pesach, when the afternoon daily burnt-offering (which the Minchah prayer currently replaces) was followed by the Pesach-offering.
On the fourteenth of Nissan after Minchah, say the following:

הַכְּבָשִׂים אוֹ מִן
הָעִזִּים זָכָר בֶּן שָׁנָה, וְשׁוֹחֲטוֹ
בָּעֲזָרָה בְּכָל מָקוֹם, אַחַר
חֲצוֹת אַרְבָּעָה עָשָׂר דַּוְקָא,
וְאַחַר שְׁחִיטַת תָּמִיד שֶׁל
בֵּין הָעַרְבַּיִם, וְאַחַר הֲטָבַת
נֵרוֹת שֶׁל בֵּין הָעַרְבַּיִם. וְאֵין
