Tzitzit & Tallit
1. Before unfolding the tallit, place it over your right shoulder so that the tzitzit are positioned in front of you. Say בָּרְכִי נַפְשִׁי (page 26) while checking the tzitzit to ensure they are not torn or knotted, and separate any strings that are tangled.
2. Unfold the tallit and hold it over your head and upper body.
3. While saying the blessing (page 26), hold the tzitzit as shown above.
4. Immediately after concluding the blessing (page 26), wrap yourself in the tallit.
5. Wear the tallit for the duration of Shacharit.
During Vayomer and V'yatziv, hold the tzitzit as shown.
